All of my cakes are made-to-order. If you don't like cake, if you want to cut costs, want to go big but don't need a whole lot of cake, then fake cakes can be made or included with the real thing.

Prices for tiered cakes are quoted depending on design, number of tiers, flavor, decorations and servings. Quotes are provided after the design, cake size and number of servings are known. Cupcakes and other cakes are also made to order. No order is too big or too small.


The following is a list of "Cake Pairings" that have been known to be a great combination:

  • Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake
    2-3 layers of chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and iced in chocolate butter cream with chocolate shavings.
     
  • Luscious Lemon
    If you like a mixture of tart and tangy, this one is for you. Fresh lemon cake filled with lemon mousse laced with a lemon frosting and candied dipped lemon peel.
     
  • Vanilla Almond
    All the tradition of almond cake balanced with Madagascar vanilla mousse filling in a French vanilla cake.
     
  • Strawberry Champagne
    If you love strawberries and champagne, this is the prize. White cake filled with pink champagne and fresh strawberry mousse. Laced with white butter cream icing with chocolate dipped strawberries.
     
  • Mounds Bar
    White and chocolate cake filled with a coconut mousse, laced with butter cream frosting and chocolate and coconut shavings.
     
  • German Chocolate Cake
    Milk chocolate cake filled with walnuts, pecans and a brown sugar mousse laced with a butter pecan icing.
     
  • Cookies n' Cream
    Rich vanilla cake with chocolate cookies and cream mousse with a vanilla butter cream frosting sprinkled with cookies.
     
  • Carrot Patch
    Lots of fresh shredded carrots fill this gem of a cake with cream cheese icing.
     
  • Phantom of the Opera
    Marble cake - part chocolate, part vanilla, with fresh chocolate and white chocolate mousse for a filling, and chocolate ganache drizzled on top.
     
  • Butter Pecan with Pistachio
    An unsuspected pairing and not soon forgotten. Butter pecan cake with pistachio mousse and butter pecan butter cream.
     
  • Apple Orchids
    Bite of an apple. Apple cake filled with fresh apples and a caramel apple butter cream.

Specialty Cakes (Alcoholic)

All specialty cakes are soaked in liqueur for a few days to get the true flavor. These cakes are not intended for individuals under the age of 21.

  • Whiskey Cake
    Chocolate cake soaked in your choice of whiskey, filled with a chocolate mousse filling and laced with whipped cream.
     

  • Orange-icicle Delight
    Fond memories of summers past. Fresh orange juice cake soaked in Orange-icicle vodka and covered in orange zest butter cream icing.
     

  • Crown Apple
    Like eating a basket of apples. Fresh apple cake with Crown Apple Whiskey, filled with a caramel mousse and caramel butter cream drizzled on top.
     

  • Bahama Mama
    The tropics come to mind when biting into this pineapple cake soaked in Malibu Caribbean Tropical Rum. Filled with fresh pineapple mousse and a tangy vanilla butter cream frosting with chocolate dipped pineapple rinds.
     

  • Watermelon Delight
    Sitting on the back porch eating a slice of watermelon cake with Watermelon Vodka, filled with a white mousse and iced in a green watermelon butter cream frosting.
     

  • Black Russian
    Visiting Russia with a bit of dark chocolate cake, laced with Vodka and Kahlua. The mousse filling is coffee beans crushed in a chocolate base, with dark chocolate fondant on top.
     

  • Shamrock Dreams
    Looking for the Blarney Stone. A white cake laced with Shamrock Mint Rum, with fresh white chocolate mint mousse, and covered in a chocolate mint ganache.

Prices depend on the liquor being used. There is an extra charge for Whipped Cream and Fresh Fruit as toppings.
